If you need to change the credit card or other billing information for your company, these are the steps to follow. 

 

1. Log into your QuotaGuard account. 

 

2. In the upper right, click on "Settings" and then "Edit Account

3. On the left, you will see a link for "Billing", please click that link.

4. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see "Card" with a link to "Update Card".

5. Add your new Credit Card information and click "Save".


Note : If you have changed your credit card after a failed payment, our system will automatically retry in a few days. It is always helpful if you write us at Support to let us know so we can watch for it.
